Mysterious paradise with lake view and history

This one hectare (2.5 acres) forest is home to palm trees, chestnut trees, fig trees and many other plants from all over the world! The private property is less than 50 m from the shores of Lake Maggiore and wild herbs thrive in old stone walls, as well as olives, lemons and much more.

There are stairs and paths to explore as well as old foundations of former farm buildings. The nearest public beach is about a 6-minute walk from the house through the garden and along the shore road if you want to enjoy the sun on the shores of Lake Maggiore. An old, abandoned road leads through the forest on the property, which is easy to walk. From here you can choose one of the many romantic spots to curl up with a good book. If you want to escape the heat, there are many shady areas to relax.
